Referral
Fee

A
$100 referral fee will be paid to anyone who recommends a qualified
tenant who signs a minimum of a one year lease.
The
referral fee will be paid after the third month of rent has been
collected.
To
qualify, the prospective tenant will write the name of the person
who referred them on the rental application. There will only be
one referral fee paid and all disputes will be settled by A Plus
Properties.
